Hey guys! To make a long story short, I had constructive surgery on my right foot in 2004. Since one foot is now flat and the other has an arch implanted in it, the right foot is compensating for the left foot; this means more pressure on my right knee. Can you suggest any exercises that puts little or no pressure on the right knee and still helps to build the lower body?
