Hey guys! To make a long story short, I had constructive surgery on my right foot in 2004. Since one foot is now flat and the other has an arch implanted in it, the right foot is compensating for the left foot; this means more pressure on my right knee. Can you suggest any exercises that puts little or no pressure on the right knee and still helps to build the lower body?

But you might check out the Injury and Prevention threads. There might be a topic about knee problems there:

Have you considered going to a podiatrist to see about some sort of shoe insert to help your body compensate?

I'll bet Heather Mills has something to suggest.

Maybe kicking around with a kickboard in a swimming pool? Or maybe even jogging in the shallow end of a pool?
