Soon I shall have glorious buttery-rich chocolate chip cookies.

I shall post the results in half an hour 12 min! (Post-scrumptious edit)

You're lucky I don't have any butter in the house, or else it'd be a cookie-off.

I'd only be able to bake three as well...I'd end up eating the rest of the bowl of dough. icon_confused.gif

Alas, we could, but we'd end up having our abs disappear by the next day; too many cookies, too much butter, not enough milk.

My boy makes the best cookies ever. He packs them full of flax and whole wheat & quinoa flour. Ok, and lots of chocolate chips icon_smile.gif

I always start off with more if I do bake, guess why my cookies always are a mess.

That is the ONLY way to eat cookies. That way you get the delicious and healthy benefits of flax and whole wheat and quinoa flours but also the drool-worthy dark chocolate. Vegan cookies are also wonderful as well if you've never tried them.

I made these over the weekend. From scratch. Soft chocolate chip pumpkin cookies. I ate a few, took the rest to work.
