    Has anyone used this product?http://www.beachbody.com/product/supplements/nutrition-health-shake/shakeology.do?tnt=SHAKE_VALUE_A2&code=BBHOME_CONTROL_SHAKEOLOGY

I have used the P90X results and recovery formula but really never felt any different. I eat fairly healthy, and think my nutrition should come from food not supplements, however if this is good maybe I should try it.

I have met some people who sell and report really like the Shakeology packets. I am just getting back into working out and thought of getting some for when I travel and have to eat conference food. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Looks interesting, but it's too new for me. I'll wait to see the long-term results.

I have tried it and think that it is a good product a little on the pricey side and is made from whole fruits and vegetables and has a good source of protein in it. Just keep in mind that you have to buy a 30 day supply and get it on autoship monthly to get the price of $110 a month. Otherwise it will cost you more than that. Unless they have come out with something I have not seen yet. I could not get into the website link you provided because they are doing maintenance on the system.

Anyone want a FREE sample of Shakeology?

Shakeology contains 15 grams of slow digeting WPI (Whey Protein Isolate)

Weight loss use is a meal replacement.
Weight gain use it as a snack.

I use mine as a mid-day snack and as a snack before bed to shorten my Fasting Period.

What were you mixing it with?

I like mine in a pint glass of skim milk or water.

Typically when someone experiences gastro issues with any shake based supplement, they need to reduce the serving in 1/2 and see if that addresses the problem. The stomache can only digest so much at one time...

Without knowing what product you are taking, it's the amount of casein protein content in your product, this is the slow digesting protein.

You can run your product through FoodFacts.com to see how it stacks up to Shakeology.

i googled, and it says it helps gain lean muscle mass. i want to lean down to 160lbs--

my diet hopefully will be part Paleo diet/ this shake

I am a Beachbody coach and sell Shakeology and also drink it daily. It's a great product, but don't buy the packets, buy the bag of it. With the packets you only get 24 servings, with the bag you get 30. As someone said earlier, you need to go on the Home Direct program (HD) for at least 2 months to get it at the $110 price.

There is a 30 day money-back guarantee on it, so if you sign up for Home Direct and decide you want to stop before 2 months of using it, they will charge your credit card for S&H.

The other way to get it cheaper, is to sign up as a BeachBody coach - then you get discounts on everything. But that is only worthwhile if you plan on sticking with Shakeology for several months. If you are interested, email me.

As for stomach cramps, it does contain digestive enzymes. It may effect some people. Personally, I never had any issues with it.

Last thing, make sure you get the Chocolate, the Greenberry isn't so great tasting.
