So I have recently discovered that I should be eating ALOT more protein and shakes only go so far. So I started eating eggs in the morning (2 whites and 1 whole egg).

Anyways, I got tired of all the mess it was making in the morning, but thats when I found this at my local TJ Maxx.

I'm not one to try kitchen gadgets, but this is friggin amazing for someone who eats eggs every morning as part of a high protein weight loss lifestyle.

Just mix the eggs up in it with a splash of milk and spices and in 2 minutes I have eggs.

    OK PSA over.

Anyone else eat eggs every AM, how do you cook them, how many?

Any other ideas for squeezing in more protein without eating 3000 chicken breasts a week?

Microwaved eggs are kinda mehhh. Haven't done it in a while, but the last time I tried, they didn't turn out that great. Whenever I want eggs for breakfast, I just hard boil them the night before. Then I can enjoy them the next morning when I get to work.

I eat eggs all day (usually two at a time). They're my #1 source of protein, along with turkey breast lunch meat and shredded cheese...makes great omelets! The 5 minute clean-up is no problem, and the omelet-in-a-jar thing would do me no good. Plus I can use the extra 60 calories from the unsalted real butter I use to cook them in.

Sometimes I boil them, but not very often. Most of the time I either scramble or make omelets. Lately I've been grilling the turkey breast, then putting that over the eggs, done over-easy, and sprinkling the cheese over that. nomnomnom! icon_biggrin.gif

Thats the funny thing, I can eat scrambled eggs as much as I want, but hard boiled are BARRRFFFF.

Hence the constant scrambled egg action.
