ABS..

    Hello ,
    I am a flight attendant and travel a lot ..
    I would like my abs to more defined , can you give me some advices to do that without access to a gymn room ..

    Crunches and bicycle kicks on your back in the aisles would make you more popular than the Southwest flyboys.

    Seriously, we all have six pack abs, they are just hidden by a layer of fat. Easiest way to get rid of it is diet and cardio. For diet I suggest removing all
    grains..all grains..high fructose corn syrup...and as much prepared restaurant and take out food as you can for 12 weeks. Worked for me.

    I believe it was Bo Jackson (or Herschel Walker) who never lifted weights, and he just did a ton of old fashion situps and pushups at his own place
