It's unlike any workout I've ever done. Do you feel like you're challenging yourself in the gym?

If it's easy, you're not doing enough.

Honestly if you're just starting out I wouldn't do split days. I was and got decent results but am getting much better results doing full body, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Check out Stronglifts.com or Google Mark Rippetoe's workout for two great examples. I would suggest compound moves to get a solid frame and then work on filling it in.

It takes years to get a "body builder" physique. You're not gonna wake up one day and be too big. By using their techniques you can definitely sculpt your body faster, then adjust your size and definition with diet. It's actually easier done than said...IF you're patient, because it takes a long time.

"Bodybuilder" training is the only type I do. My cardio comes from walking and running. My size and definition is controlled by diet. My patience is unlimited (no specific time frame for a specific look, just letting the body change on its own time).

    really?

the reason im doing a lot of cardio is i still have some stomach fat/flab to get rid of, which refuses to go away.

increase weight on every exercise after the 3 set. (those sets where you do more than two
increase the weight on all your exercises after a week on all sets up 2 or less
break your muscles up into groups. chest and tris, back and bis or you can do chest and back and biceps and triceps. do legs and shoulders on the same day.
