Greetings everyone. I'm new here, and this is my first thread/post. I decided to start jogging. I'm completly not in shape, and well, got some extra-baggage. Anyways, I'm going to change it. I already lost some weight, yet I'm going to try harder now. Decided to run some. Please, give me some starting advices. All I can say for now that I have only 4 days in a week when I have time to run. Thanks.
