Running Log-November 28th

    25minutes , no stopwatch, no hrm, not even an ordinary watch.
    just went for the feeling of a no pressure running .
    gave a recital last night and this afternoon , i needed a releaser.

    What should have been a simple 10 planned miles was agony. The pan of Rice Krispie squares for breakfast didn't help the matter.

    LOL 26mileman, I had to squeeze in a warmup run yesterday between other things - the first thing being breakfast. Came thisclose to puking it all back up on the treadmill.

    2 mile run, superfail.

    but saturday i did my first indoor long run - 12 treadmill miles. which meant 8 miles in an hour and then stopping the machine, pausing the nike+, restarting the machine, restarting the plus, and then continuing running. it's a pain but the alternative is pulling back to a max 8 mile run for the whole winter. which in chicago is loooooooong.
