Ran 4 miles in 26:55 and then jogged 2 miles. It was lap-a-cop day on the track so I was busy running on the outside passing the cops going for their 1 1/2 mile run on the inside.

Not sure what to do next but I think more strength training will suit me for now as I taper back my workouts.

One day! One day I will be able to keep up with Zox! icon_wink.gif

    A slow 5K for me at 33min.
Good news it that my calf pain didn't flare up too much during the run, bad news it definitely tightened up afterward.
Stretched and iced it but still pretty tight. I'm supposed to run 2 tomorrow but may save that for Wednesday if my calf is still tight.

Also, it's official...I registered for the A1A Half Marathon on 2/20/11. No backing out now! icon_eek.gif

I would rather you keep up with your goals than try to run at the pace I am at.

I used to be a lot faster so for me while running this pace is nice, mentally I feel like I am slow.

Just because I am good at 5K does not necessarily translate into a good half or full marathon. I can't fathom running that far in practice yet.
