    Wow, looks like I'm ahead of the game! My recipe for eagermuscle's nasty premixed postworkout shake:

    - unflavored domestic 90% whey protein isolate (50 gram protein), plus a teaspoon each of:
    - quinoa flour
    - brown rice flour
    - glutamine
    - goji powder
    - pomegranate powder
    - maca powder

    At least I wait till I get home before I eat salmon; even I couldn't blend it into a shake!
