Sold six copies this week via LuLu to people I don't even know. Now I have to brace myself for whether people like it or not. I made enough money to buy the complete "Good Times" series on DVD! icon_wink.gif

Update: Type coupon code RESOLUTION305 if you purchase the Paperback ($14.95) and they will take 15% off at checkout). Lulu just authorized this discount, cool! Ends Jan. 15.

    Hey congrats!

Mine's on Lulu and have sold well over 100 copies. No money in it though. I'm Canadian and the US rules about royalties to foreigners are punitive.

It's in the public library up here and that makes my sister (my illustrator) and I very happy.

Know what's funny about that, PBS paid me ZERO royalties when they aired my nature documentary, "Beyond the Garden Gate," for four years. But one day I got a letter in the mail from the Canadian Retransmission Commission. They stated that because some PBS stations close to the Canadian border boost signals further into Canada (where cable companies make money from broadcasts), they believe the copyright owners deserve royalties. Though small, I got like three checks from them. I love Canada!

Well done. Lulu's a pretty good site. Did you know it's owned by Bob Young, owner of the Hamilton Tiger Cats (Canadian team)?

Apple computer used a house I designed to film their new MacBook air commercial and I didn't get any royalties or credit. You writers are a privileged class.
