Score some Sox tickets! Fenway is a cool experience.

I agree with XRuggerATX, definately hit up fenway. If you're the touristy type, or have time to kill, there's always the Duck Tours. Dining in the North End is always good, but there's also some goodness in the South End! Wow, I've been here for 3 years and done so much. I don't know where to recommend next; maybe hangout in the popular bars, sports bars, or whatever you like, that your friend does -- live like a local! It alway works for me when I travel ;)

Besides Red Sox tix (good luck getting a hold of them - you're going to need it), other events going on here during April:

Margaret Cho - Orpheum Theatre (April 4)

Gay Men's Chorus Concert 'Words & Music' (April 4 - Symphony Hall)

Kids in the Hall are coming to the Wang Theatre (April 17)

    The Boston Marathon (April 21st)

Fresh Fruits should be having a new show running all month at Club Cafe.

The MFA's 'El Greco to Velazquez' opens later in April. Their current 'Rhythms of Modern Life: British Prints 1914-1939' is amazing.

I could go on but I'm not sure what you're interested in.

Pick up a copy of New England Blade or Bay Windows for the latest schedule of what's happening here...
