I have no posted any body pics...how do you know I am skinny?
I know, I know, 145 seems low, but that is just an approximate number, and I definitely look lean but I am not disgustingly skinny. I should probably change it to 150 or 155. I feel like I have always weighed less than I look, and people often tell me that. I am really just looking to shock my body so that I can get that final layer of fat off of my abs in time for the beach.
Anyway, referring to the modified carb diet listed above, would dairy have to be avoided as well?
