    No, sometimes I think the most reassuring thing can be a vote.

    Like when the conservative government of canada used 're-opening the gay marriage issue' as a campaign platform, did it, held the free vote, and it stuck...gave me warm and fuzzies and has basically guarenteed it will NEVER be brought up again. I am a first-class citizen, now and forever.

    This is a must do for the religious wingnuts out there...
    they can't see this stay as law because then the rest of the country is steadily going to look like the homophobic bigots that they really are
