3.1 Miles 24 minutes. I haven't ran in Tennis shoes since June. So, happy six month anniversary to my vibrams. Still going strong

I jumped right into 5ks after i bought mine with no issues. Now, after i did a 10k in them i couldn't walk for almost a week icon_neutral.gif.

Ran 8 miles on the indoor track.

I actually was running in the 8 minute pace range for the first 6 1/2 miles, but the cops on the track were doing this sprint for 45 seconds then walk/jog. So I basically just ran at their sprint pace for the last mile and a half. Pushing in at 62 minutes for the 8 miles which put my pace at 7:45. So that is misleading.

TMNT - thanks, I guess if i get those - shoes? footgloves? - then I'll try a 5K on the treadmill and see how it goes.

Zox - I honestly don't know how you do it. You must get tired of me saying that though. No rowdy baseball players yesterday?

I just know I have to get stronger and faster to compete with a few guys in the races here.

    No, just the cops.

What really made my day was one of the trainees asked me how many laps I ran. I told him 70 laps and he was impressed.
