So, I'm so proud of myself on how far I've come since 2009 to the present on how my body looks and feels. I want to continue for 2011 and I'm using johnnyp80 and csl959 as examples of how I want my build to be for the new year.

For me, this is pretty easy to accomplish and I know I will. I have a few model shoots lined up and also johnnyp80's build as well as csl959's build is more conducive for boxing than being a bodybuilder build.

So what about you? What are your fitness goals for 2011?

You should be proud man, you're lookin awesome! :-)

I'm pretty happy with my body as it stands now too! For 2011 I would like to add and maintain another 5-6 pounds. I would also like to add an inch to my shoulders, chest and legs, and maybe .5 to my arms.

    Thank you.

I just want to keep getting better, if that makes any sense to anyone.

My fitness goals revolve around my race schedule for the year. So in 2011, I will do the Boston Marathon, Kinetic half-ironman, Ironman Coeur d'Alene and the NYC tri. I'll have specific goals for each race to push myself.

I really don't have any. Basically I'll just continue training and eating healthy, and let my body continue re-shaping itself as I go along. It would be nice to be more defined, though I know that will happen anyway with my current lifestyle.

Eh, I just want to be able to get going to the gym on a regular basis again and eating correctly (read: enough calories) as my 2011 goals. If I focus on gaining weight or size like I have in the past, I get discouraged really easily/quickly.

It's good to have goals and to keep focus on what you want to achieve in the gym.

Hell, when I started working out, I had a pic of a guy's build I wanted to achieve. I worked my tail off and I achieved it. Now I have a different goal. Keep your focus and don't let anyone deter you and your fitness achievements.

Ridding my body of the last bit of fat around my waist... 134 lbs down, about 8 or so to go... I should be able to accomplish that this year. I'll be a little more half the "man" I used to be then.

I've trimmed down, tightened up. Now I need to add lean mass. That's my goal for next year.

I started a pool bet with 3 coworkers/friends that we could collectively reach 100,000 pushups situps and squats by July 1st in an effort to get myself, and them in better shape. I got the idea right here on RJ from the Mighty Pushup Challenge, so.. thanks for that guys!

We just hit our 5,000 mark today and started the monday after Thanksgiving!

By Dec 2011, I want to bench 315lbs, and I want to drop my bodyfat down pretty low in the summer. I think it's going to be pretty hard to do both, but I like a challenge.

I'm going for the Kerry Degman look icon_razz.gif

I have a ton of goals for the year. To put it short though I plan on getting stronger, and more flexible. I'm going to get my center split down, and try and get my head to touch my butt. (Or at least with my feet icon_sad.gif) I'm also aiming to bump up my dance schedule to 30-35+ hours a week. Finally, I'm hoping to work a schedule to consistently go to the gym and gain a few pounds, but we'll see how it goes though icon_rolleyes.gif.

My goals are a bit like Ironman4U's (but I'm not comparing myself to him in any way!!!).

Half marathon in August: under 1:45
    Marathon in October: under 3:45.

    That's it.

Good luck on your fitness goals.

I have a very defined lean body and I am usually complimented on it but I want to put on a little size in 2011. I have no interest in being huge by any means but I am currently thinking about 20 pounds of muscle. When I am able to work out consistently my body reacts very well to it so I hope I can get it done.

I still want and have not yet obtained that six pack, which is my ultimate goal so I guess that's my goal for 2011. Was pretty successful in trimming down and I think what I have to do now is bulk. So just working out and eating as much and as well as I can (man cooking all your meals is a pain!). Was 145 for the longest time and now I'm at 150. Maybe see if I can get to 160 before I start doing some cutting again if I'm not seeing results
