I guess that really depends on what type of dance music gets your booty bumpin'... Pop/dance/electro... I know you asked for "dance" but all that comes to mind in that category is the Macarena ;)

    Catchy songs with a beat:
    Larrakin - breaking love:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iC0a5JtdNnM
    History - Grum Remix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Td376IP1Hg4
I Look To You (Feat. Kimbra) - Miami Horror:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3F43Mtg4Pp4
Dimmakmmunication - The Bloody Beetroots:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNI16ZLL44o > great workout song
Pretty Mess (Dave Aude Club Mix) - Erika Jayne: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YhbQIiy8-cU
Oh No! (Grum Remix) - Marina and the Diamonds:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYb6p1xgrsk
Cold Dust Girl Remix (Gemini Club Remix) - Hey Champ: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSm5XWyCDnY
Tim Berg - Seek Bromance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWUC5Q0RCAA&feature=fvw

    There's a healthy start...

I love DJ Brian Beck's music selection. I workout to his mixes every day and find it hard not to dance at the gym. icon_biggrin.gif He does have some technical troubles with his mixes though...he needs more practice. If you want to buy songs, he has some track listings so you can tell what you're listening to.

FYI: Lady Gaga isn't dance, she's pop. Ditto the Brian Beck podcast – you wouldn't hear any of those songs at an EDM event.

This isn't that new, but f*ck me, it's amazing:

I'm getting into a lot of progressive trance lately, and to that end, I'd recommend the most recent Anjunabeats, Vol. 8. Some incredible tracks on this:

Haven't listened to his stuff yet, but on paper, this looks like some good stuff, especially the first mix on his page. I love Way Out West (and Nick Warren – a master on the decks), Jerome Isma-Ae, deadmau5, Axwell, etc.

Here's a few I'm liking at the moment

Long intro - Kicks in at around 1:00

Kind of a little David Lynch inspired...

    Still love the Chemical Brothers...

Always will love Underworld, although it is a little poppy...but not Lady Ha-ha poppy.

Are you looking for Black Rappers who suddenly started making dance music last year? Or White drunkin whore American pop dance? Or like better stuff like French house, progressive house, and Deamau5 hau5?

If you like trance and have iTunes: go to Podcasts and subscribe to Trance Around the World (with Above & Beyond). It's 2 hours of bliss with minimal talking, and you can DL about 100 of them for free. You also get a sense of belonging to something larger because they do shoutouts to everyone from America to Israel to Palestine to Germany to South Africa to Japan and beyond.

I'd second that. TATW 350 at the Palladium last Friday was a truly incredible night. 7 hours of the most amazing, euphoric music along with incredible energy and beautiful people. Made the White Party look like a low-budget high school dance.

You're welcome. I noticed that my Gag-a comment may have read like a correction but it wasn't; it seems like we're on the same page. It was directed towards all the gays who think pop music is EDM. It isn't guys.
