This morning I went to Yum Yum Donuts, bought a jumbo bearclaw and 2 bottles of Starbucks mocha frappucino.

For lunch I had a box of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. I like to mix barbecue sauce into it.

For dinner I made blueberry pancakes.

I was still hungry, so I made chicken and dumplings, only without the chicken.

I'm thinking of having an orange, but I don't want to get fat.

It's three hours till bedtime. What else should I eat today?

Sounds like a really light day, your diet is pretty strict. Get a tube of cookie dough and eat it raw. It will help stave off that empty feeling.

Buy a bag of cookies...nice firm ones, like Chips Ahoy....and BReAK THE COOKIES.

It is a well-known fact that if you eat food that has been broken, the calories all leaked out when they broke.

If you can get your hands on a tub of double fudge cookie dough carmel swirl marshmellow chunk ice cream, I think you should go whole hog on it and destroy the tub. icon_razz.gif

To bring some levity back, I am trying to lose a few pounds so I am cutting back on my meat intake and substituting fish, tofu, etc.. Has this worked for anyone else?
