Are you always thinking, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

I find that is how my life is, thinking about my next move, my next thing to do, whether it's something as simple as watching a TV program, or some other larger goal. I have a question, too. How long can you remain idle before your guilt kicks in and you think, I better do something now?

I get this way from time to time. There are a few activities that I love doing that get me there "in the moment" and lets me just be happy / content with where I am, at that time. The trick is finding those things that get you in the same frame of mind, and do them when you want to get away from your own headspace of "what is my next move?".

As for acting on what you want to do, if you're going to end up having to do it anyway, and you've got the time, why not now?
