Balancing Out Legs

    I've been measuring myself lately to monitor changes and although my legs are getting bigger at the same time there is a one inch difference between my thigh circumference (24" and 23") and calf circumference (15" and 14").

    Whats the best way to correct this?

    My right hamstring has more mass than my left. My left calf is bigger than my right.. no thanks to years of driving a stick shift car in LA traffic. icon_lol.gif

    I've learned to live with it.

    It's normal. In time, if you keep lifting, it'll fix itself.
