I just ran my 1st half marathon in November. I loved it, except for some IT Band problems that have been plaguing me. I want to run a marathon next year and was looking for a way to reduce injuries. I took a ChiRunning class last weekend. It looks promising and I got the ChiRunning beginner's marathon training plan. I was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with this running method? Good comments? Bad comments?
