This topic is something I'm grappling with as it is the Holidays and I'm a huge wine lover. I used to drink alot of it until I noticed it was putting on the pounds big time. I am now and have been for a while seriously training to get really fit and at my best- I know it's really open to each person's opinion, which is what I'm looking for---Is it THAT BAD to have a glass or two of white wine at a party? Is it going to wreak havoc and destroy all the hard work that I have been doing all this time? This is what I have been reading so I have been avoiding it like the plague. Can you guys tell me what you think? I'm 41 y.o and I'm in a serious training mode, but it would be nice to indulge in a glass of wine at parties. I trust all of your opinions very much, and thanks!
