    Hi all,

just started supplements and picked up NOxplod and D4 at the recommendation of some guys at GNC.

Seen alot of posts on NOxplod and seems like people either hate it or love it... any of you guys D4? If so, do you guys use it with creatine?

How long should i use this before "cycling off"?

    Thanks for the help guys!

Unless you're taking steroids or prohormones you really don't need to cycle off of anything. NO Explode is a good product but as you said it works for some but not all. It didn't do a thing for me in terms of pumps. D4 I've used and was very disappointed with this diet product since it is so expensive. I would consider D4 just an average diet stimulant.

After the bottle of D4 is done, try Stimulant X and you will see the difference I'm talking about. Also, try some supplements from USPlabs and see if those work better for you regarding pump and dieting/definition.

Thanks... were you taking D4 and N.O.xplod or equivalent? I'll try both until i'm done.

I bought the trial size NO and the smaller bottle of D4.

I used the R3 and P6, in combination w/ the D4. And I used the N0 Extreme, and the Ultralean Xtreme Strawberries and Creme protein. It worked well for me. I got down to 9.5%BF in one month after a 45 day build cycle. I like cellucor, but lordee is it expensive.

No xplode is good, D4 and all cellucor products are garbage, just a waste of money IMO.

I like N.O. Xplode. Just be sure to drink a lot of water while you're on it. And watch your caffeine intake. Ideally you should take it before you workout in the morning, then no more caffeine throughout the day. If you need some, make it green tea.

Well i used to take NO supplements and in reality it do anything for me it was more of a psychological thing because it didn't make me work out any longer or harder.

Just sayin, all of these supplements have absolutely no efficacy at all. Just go have some caffeine and who knows what the rest of those ingredients do. They may not even be in the bottle. No one is forcing the company to prove they're even in there and do what they say they do. If you're not in the field and you think it's magic, you're experiencing the placebo effect and making crooks rich.

GNC is there to make money and works with pseudoscience to make money off of your insecurities and ignorance.

Hey guys thanks for all the feedback... more specifically the placebo impact, ive only tried it for 2 days so far, but maybe it is all mental. However, i do feel like it's been helpful

Placebo effect is fine if you actually know what they're putting in the bottle. There's no way to be sure with either of these because of 'proprietary blend' ...who knows it could cause cancer or mess with something else you don't want messed with.

NO Explode did nothing for me, zero. I've tried various NO products in the past with very good success, but NO Explode is the only one that I was disappointed with.

I'm using C4 right now from Cellucor and it really gets me wound up. No, it's not a placebo because I've tried Jack3d and other pre workouts, and this is the only one where I actually feel it kick in.
