I want to gain weight...simple as that, I was 169lbs now im 178lbs. However to do so I had to eat all the garbage in this world, burguers, fries, icecream, fruits, meat whatever I can eat I eat it. I tried to continue with my healthy diet but it was so hard to meet my full calorie intake with meet, vegetables, fruits and bread that I was losing weight like crazy. Ive been training way too hard to the point of throwing up so I need to eat and eat a lot. I dont see much fat on my body but I definitely got bigger and my muscles look bigger. Although I lost some definition on my abs Im planning to lean down as soon as I hit 185lbs.

Is it ok to totally forget about eating healthy for the purpose of gaining weight?

yes but usually the healthy foods require me to eat more than my stomach can handle cause their calorific value is pretty low compared to unhealthy options
