So has anyone tried either the max-weight thing (paulflex's link) or the no-weight thing (DJ's video) and had satisfactory results?
I imagine they both work but what I want to know is are they THAT much better that it would be worth completely changing up my old routine?
Longlean saidI only had 30 minutes to work out yesterday, so I tried this. Today I already feel more sore than usual, and my muscles seem swollen. Seems like it works, may use this method more often.
