Do any of you experience a problem with getting wet (prostate fluid) during massage? How do you deal with it?

    This is off topic:
The last massage I had was at Massage Envy the person was terrible. He kept going on about how terrible his life was and was taking it out on my back. I was like dude you're hurting me so he stopped being so rough then started up again. He used several curse words during the session too. I was SHOCKED this is a place of business and they hired this guy??? And to top it off he wasn't even cute.

P.S. Bodily fluid I assume cum is normal when you’re aroused. Maybe you could bring a backpack with an extra pair of underwear/boxers. You could also wear underwear under a pair of loose boxers, and after put the underwear in a plastic bag till you do laundry. I don’t know if that helps. Just remember feeling aroused and comforted is better than some guy squeezing and pounding your back.

Yes I have had pre cum during massages often. Hopefully your masseuse or messuer is a professional and understands that this is a natural response to what is happening to your body.

The places I go have thick comfortable sheets on the tables that absorb all of that and if your place is the same just don't worry about it.

However if you are truly dropping a load then consider wearing a condom.

My masseuse is a 60 year old grandmother and she she just says "don't worry about what happens to your body in here so you can just relax."

I'm a massage therapist and just wanted to let you know that your problem is very common. No need to worry about it. The massage therapist should be professional enough to deal with it and, if they are professional, they won't think anything of it. The body is in a very relaxed state and lots of "embarrassing" things can happen to a person then. The sheets are quickly thrown into the dirty laundry after your massage anyway. If your therapist makes an issue of it, find another therapist. Things that happen to you that you can't control such as falling asleep, snoring, erections, precum, farting, etc. are not an issue to most therapists. What is an issue are the things you can control like playing with yourself, grabbing the therapist, etc.

I'm afraid in the case of these budget massage places it's a matter of "you get what you pay for". The reason they're able to charge you so cheaply is because they pay their therapists next to nothing. So, they sometimes have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find people willing to work for so little.

At the risk of sounding nit-picky, "female masseuse" is a redundancy. All masseuses are female. All masseurs are male. Just to let you know. icon_smile.gif

I think almost every man who's had a massage has experienced some degree of involuntary arousal. It's not surprising because in addition to being touched, everyone's body has their own trigger points that can result in involutary erections.

I've heard that some guys even have involuntary ejaculations. Has never happened to me, but I've definitely gotten semi-erect during therapeutic massage before. I used to stress out about it when it happened, but then just came to accept it as part of the letting go that is the desired effect of having a massage. So yeah, I think your "wetness" problem is within the scope of the norm, and shouldn't be something for you to get worked up about.

Your therapist has seen it all, probably. As long as the client isn't clearly "sexualizing" the situation, it's viewed as part of the body's natural response to being relaxed.

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidWhen I went to massage therapy school we were told that the correct term was massage therapist. Masseurs and masseuses are basically code terms for people engaging in prostitution under the guise of massage therapy.

So if you tell someone you went to a "masseur" they would more than likely assume that you are getting sexual release included in your massage.

For the record, not that long ago, the terms were reversed:

    Massage Therapist =me-luv-u-long-time-twenty-dolla

    Masseuse/Masseur = Professional

    Hey Dar
I'm a massage therapist as well (and no, the terms have not been reversed, at least here in Canada) and I agree with muscle4muscle.

There should be no issue if you get an erection and/or have some pre-cum during the massage.

It is only inappropriate if the situation becomes sexualized by either the client OR the therapist.

Don't let your body's reaction detract from the benefits of the massage.
Afterall, your body usually knows how to allow itself to heal best...we just usually don't listen to it icon_smile.gif

    Here's to good healh!

Yes, it is very common during a massage to get an erection and to start leaking pre-cum. Almost any massage therapist will understand this. Nothing to be embarrassed about...

I;m a massage therapist and I specialize in working with men...I have a statement in a frame that I leave on the table for each new client. In the statement, I explain that there may be dripping, erection and even ejaculation. I tell them not to worry....that all those reactions are normal...after all it does feel somewhat erotic when the therapist is massaging the inside of the thighs, etc.

My clients tell me they were glad I put the message out in front of them..helped them relax and enjoy the experience.

I also doing pelvic unwinding which requires a lot of work in and around the pelvis. We estalish the fact that I will be working in areas that are traditionally not part of the massage. No one tells me to stop.

I had a great massage at my gym with a new guy( or at least one that hadn't worked on me before) and he had wonderful technique and finger strength....It was AWESOME! I stared to drift off to sleep and noted that I was getting hard.....and the next thing I knew I had ejaculated! OMG....I was so embarrassed! He was so calm and nonchalant and professional about it....he seemed to almost take it as a "compliment" that I had busted a nut there.....It was NOT a sexual thing at all.....but very relaxing and mind clearing....getting off should ALWAYS feel that good!icon_lol.gif

Just lie back & enjoy the massage. Once you go past age 60, you won't have to worry about it anymore. I wish I still had that problem.
