Republican Congresswoman Mishell Bachman, put on "Intelligence" Committee (Bachman and Itelligence shouldn't be in the same sentence)

WHAT ??????? "INTELLIGENCE" ????????? HER ?????? Isn't she the one that wanted to investigate Democrats in congress to find out their level of patriotism, or some such idiocy? Can you believe that of all the republicans that the leadership would actually choose this woman to be on the "INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE" She's also the one who claims Fema Camps were being built to indoctrinate our children in liberal thinking. Guess she didn't know that those camps were the brainstorm of Bush/Cheney. What is happening to the Republican Party when they pick someone as 'dumb and getting dumber' as she is ?

OK, I certainly don't wish to start hostilities with you, however, you are claiming that "Mishell Bachman" is dumb, and yet, you spell both her first and last name incorrectly.

And... BTW.... I don't see why this matters to you, as ANY Republican is a bad Republican in your eyes.

LOL !!! don't be distracted by minor issues !!! There are several smart republicans Scott Brown, Collins, Snow, MurKowski I used to like McCain but he went haywire when he chose Palin and has been TBagged into completely changing which side of his mouth he talks out of on numberous issues but particularly Immigration and DADT

southbeach always tries to derail the issue. In this case over spelling, and sidestepping the matters presented. Disregard our Republican provocateur here.

We should not be overly concerned with spelling, etc. on a forum. I was once referring to another group that I said was superior intellectually to a given group. I missed a comma in that message, triggering two messages to point out the irony. So here, the irony also exists, discussing her intelligence with numerous spelling and grammar mistakes. HER vs SHE Isn't she the one who, not that.....

Regardless of whether or not she's intelligent or not, she's downright annoying in the press. Mostly because of her outrageous statements (which turn out false more often than not). She's like the high school cheerleader that not only spreads the rumors but twists them around.

    HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA

Putting on an intelligence committee in congress is like putting "chill masc bro" on your Grindr profile: it means absolutely nothing.

southbeach1500 saidOK, I'll let it go.... as Realifedad and I have actually been getting along quite well in certain "Israel-themed" threads and I'm looking forward to building a positive relationship with Realifedad here in the forums, as opposed to the usual drek that I get from most of the rest of you on here. icon_lol.gif

I agree, there's no reason that we cannot dissagree, agreeably, and the same with me and socalfitness, while we may vehemently dissagree, we don't have to call names. and yes my spelling is lacking, i'll admit that but you gotta admit that if you'll look at the point instead of the spelling there's some good points in what I try to get across.
back on point though this Bachman woman is way out there on the things she says and forwards as truth. In my book she tops Palin in exagerations and rediculous charges against Democrats and their efforts. Wouldn't you agree that she's an overall embarassment to the republicans ? She at least tops that Ruth King and Charlie Olmert in congress.

Unfortunately I can't agree with you on this one.

(But there are other topics where you and I do agree!)

well i'll put it this way, I'll bet if you were choosing republican mentors, I doubt she'd top your list !!

The hell of it is when with just a little reasearch most of her proclamations are exposed as being at best exagerations and at worst outright lies. People who vote for the likes of her, have to be willfully ignorant, or they'd never back her. This goes with voting for any politician Dem or Repub. but the far right seems to be duped the most, or maybe its just that they're the loudest.

She's a source of shame for me and many of my fellow Minnesotans.

She lies. Over and over again, she lies. I'm glad (but not the least bit surprised!) she's a Republican.

Fortunately, we have Franken and Klobuchar to remind the world how rational Minnesotans behave.

Right now, I'm hopeful that the new blood (Paul Ryan of Wisconsin in the House, Marco Rubio in the Senate) will start the process of taking power out of the hands of the "old" Republicans like McCain, Boehner, McConnell, etc.[/quote

Well I sure agree with you here, and I'll be glad when the all over the map Lieberman goes, I'd like to shake him sometimes !!!! even though he was instrumental in getting rid of DADT. Ben Nelson can go too and Senator Blanche Lincoln, these three are obviously bought and paid for.

Rubio is a criminal, who would be prosecuted if he weren't now to join the Senate, thanks to Teabagger support, where he's largely immune. You chose a bad example.
