It's called tact. The "correct" way to cook anything is the way one wants to cook it. I'm not saying it looks delicious, but before gaining the small amount of education that I do have concerning such things.. I would've been down to eat it. Hell, I still would, it's just a standard grocery store dressing and some meat. I haven't viewed the OP's profile, but if he's in a rural area then I completely understand. I have to drive over a half just to buy an herb other than parsley and in a place like that it's unlikely you know anything about well executed food other than what those who came before you have taught you or what you caught on "30 minute meals" on accident. I'm ranting somewhat inappropriately, but I just think that if you have the time to tell someone that something they're apparently proud of is shitty AND find photos of what you believe isn't shitty, then you ought to have the time to direct that someone to the recipes and offer some advice.

Wow, you guys are putting way too much effort into criticizing a quick dish I made and a quick photo I took of it. Next time I'll group the items closer together, over-glaze the chicken, then drop a parsley sprig on top. icon_wink.gif
