So I was awake at 4:00 am this morning and saw an ad that appears to be 2011's latest craze called TurboFire, which is an spinoff of Beachbody, P90X etc. The card workouts do look like fun, but all the testimonials show people doing the workouts 'at home' but in spaces that resemble aerobic studios. I'm not quite confident that the jump/kick and lateral movement works the same on carpet!

Has anyone tried this yet? What's your review?

I haven't tried it, but my home workout area doesn't exactly look like an average home workout area either. icon_wink.gif

Have done Insanity in my humble room, works the same way it would in a studio. Just make sure you wipe the floor afterwards cuz you are gonna sweeeeeeeat...
Oh, not sure about the carpet though; if it slides, might not be a good idea...
