    My current supplement stack is at follows:

    Vita Sport™ Testanon 2250 pro-hormone (Morning + Afternoon)

    Vita Sport™ Anabolix PM nightime pro-hormone (Evening)

    MHP™ 12-Hour Muscle Feeder, Glutamine-SR (2x's A day)

    Omega 3 Supplement (1X daily)

    All one™ Comprehensive Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Power Supplement (1X daily)

    Nu-tek™ Pro 5 Sustained Release protien (Bedtime or as needed)

    Nu-Tek™ Mass complex weight gainer (Breakfast + Post workout)

    I need a prework out for energy and pump..any ideas? Any feedback on this.

    I am 31, 6'2" 200lbs.

    damn, that is a lot of stuff. jeeze, i only use two three supplements. anyhow, try this product that one of my buddy's uses. it called jacked. i hear it is really good. i have never use it but other swear it is awesome

    Jack3d is really good. I use about a little over a scoop and a half, thirty minutes prior to lifting/running. Be careful though, start out with a scoop first. I swear, I could run past the hour mark without stopping because of this stuff lol. But I love that it gives you that extra focus without any crashes whatsoever after the workout.

    Prohormones are controlled substances in the United States. You're just ingesting some stool-enricher. Can't find the info box on your vitamins online, but I'd compare it to the cheap generics; I find these are prettymuch equivalent. What percent of your dietary intake is non-food powder, man?

    Why are you NOT using creatine and jacked if you're using all this other fancy shit lol (I'm guessing there's probably creatine in one of those cocktails tho)

    Where's the food? There are way more substances (often referred to as phytonutrients) in food than just those few nutrients. Eating well is way better.

    If you are looking for something preworkout for energy and a pump you could try plain old caffeine and some arginine. If you want something more exotic Hot Rox and any of the NO products on the shelves these days should do the trick.

    There is no credible science behind these type of supplements and almost every other so called 'health food' so don't waste your money. Eat a proper diet rather than the crappy processed supplements.

    I like that much better the above with out Prohormones!! its a waste of Dinero s

    As for energy and pump, i'd try superPump by Gaspari Nutrition and AKG, really works
