Start by reading the article that was suggested as it is an equipment free workout that will point you in the right direction.

I would also like to stress that motivation will be your biggest obstacle. In any case I'll look for some info for you and get back soon.

    Best wishes.

Go to TJ Maxx and spend $12 on a home pull up bar.

    Most simple:
Pullups (buy yourself a cheap bar)
    push ups
    situps
stability ball (buy one, it's cheap)

Cheap book with photos: (some exercises require equipment but not all)

Think about P90x. It is pretty sound.

I do this when I can't make it to my crossfit box for a few weeks because of work/school or vacations. Just some short and sweet metcons to leave you feeling worked out by the end. Have fun!

There is a fine little book entitled, "You Are Your Own Gym." It is cheap and readily available on Amazon.

This is a great time to use the search function. If you have questions ask them in a thread already covering general workouts related to goals similar to yours.
As for expensive gyms: Most populated places have decent gyms that cost on the order of $10/month. You can work out at home if you really want, and there are plenty of articles on the net covering such things, but, personally, I'd recommend going to an actual gym and using the free weights. Working out at home will either be more difficult do to lack of stuff, or expensive due to need to buy stuff and not knowing what you really want since you haven't spent time in a gym.

Also, bodybuilding.com has lots of good exercise programs. Just be sure to use one that's listed as for beginners (or max "intermediate"; advanced is not only advanced, but are often aimed at people using testosterone boosters, who can safely do a great deal more exercise).

ps: You're probably trolling so don't expect too much more help without specific questions and some evidence that you've actually spent some time looking into these issues.

I just did the workout suggested by Caslon1700 link on here, I used 30lb dubells during it and its a pretty decent all body workout if you can't go to a gym.... good luck
