Okies well i wanna get results without going to an expensive gym. I wanna workout at home, but im so confused by everything, im currently losing weight but i wanna start toning up but wanna get a whole body workout... But im so confused by everything, i've heard you have to workout particular muscle groups and will all excersizes for the same thing as the gym? And what is primary and secondary and so fourth excersizes... I just need something i can do at home and get results and have it be all over while as losing weight... And how many sets n reps n stuff!??!?!!?!? HELP1!!
