Remember when cereal boxes had cut-out records you could play, like the Archies below? Ah, nostalgia. My Favorite was "Sugar, Sugar."

I had the Archies ones. The only one I have left (not that old) is a Joan Jett cut-out 45. No recollection of where it came from - something in college I guess. Oh, and there's a "Billy & the Boingers" cut-out that came in a Bloom County comic book.

I actually let a guy try to do that once.
I flexed really hard and he bit as hard as he could.
He did draw blood, but I never flinched.
The look on his face was like icon_eek.gif
    And I LOL'd at him.

Edit: oh yeah, and I was drunk was fuck. No way in hell I'd do that sober. icon_lol.gif

I do vaguely remember those! Only thing was, they only lasted for a few plays, at least the ones I had, I think going back to the 1950s. Which may have been 78s at first, later 45s. I see this one is 33-1/3.

These were flexi records and were on the packages of many kinds of products or within the pages of music magazine. I can't remember what fast food restaurant I got it from, but as a kid in the 70's I got a flexi record giveaway of Abba's Fernando and one of Juice Newton's Angel of The Morning. I do remember sometimes having to put a coin near the center of the record as it played to make it stay flat and not skip.
