Usually, I always strike out and get her something that, despite her best efforts, she doesn't really seem to be excited about.

But this year I know I did good. She is just gonna love it:

I'm getting her old wedding photo restored and blown up to 11X14, then placing it into an even larger frame. It's my parents anniversary soon as well, so I get to save icon_razz.gif

Got my a mom a nice necklace, and my brother and I got both of our parents Lego Harry Potter for the Wii! Seriously, they've already gone through and beat Lego Star Wars and Indiana Jones, and they're currently working on Batman icon_biggrin.gif

Christmas tree ornaments. She wanted to replace the balls on the tree since they're kinda falling apart. And I got her dove pieces because she didn't have anything like that on the tree already. I think she'll love them. She really loves Christmas in general.

Also, I maaaaaay have stopped by See's Candies and got her a pound of soft center chocolates. (For those of you not so blessed to live on the Pacific coast and have never been to a See's Candies, it's pretty amazing stuff.)

noting that xmas gifts are not the norm in Holland (where mommy lives)

I sent her a kinda nice "Canadian landscapes" calendar, for in the bathroom(calendars typically go on the door of the toilet in Holland).

Got her a new computer for her bike, some BBW lotion, and a few other random "mommy needs". Cant wait to see her. Time for some fun in the kitchen and plenty of Christmas drinking.

A Laptop, a king sized bed heated mattress cover and a big bag full of small gifts like a toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, chocolates, gloves, vitamin D drops, Cherry juice concentrate, lip gloss, a big bag of jujubes from the bulk store... just small useful things, individually wrapped. She does the same thing for all of us. It takes forever to unwrap everything and we all look forward to these "stockings". She is gonna LOVE the laptop, I bet she'll even cry!

I have 2 brothers, and we are splitting the cost of everything.
