Not sure when I saw it or who posted it - but I remember reading about Steel Cut Oats. Found some yesterday and am enjoying a bowl right now....OMG they are outstanding! Creamy without being pasty - crunchy without being too "grape nutty". Thanks to whoever said to try em...way better than my normal rolled oats.

Curious what advice others have picked up from the forums that they've made an indispensable part of their survival arsenal...

From this site I've learned that certain guys are very narrow minded, and others are enlightened.....and never the twain shall meet.

That is very true. I only drink while in a really good mood. Otherwise I get all sad and shit.

Could it be that I actually touched someone's life and made it better? That would be the Best Christmas Gift Ever:

To answer the OP's question, of a few examples the advice I took that first comes to mind that involved switching from long term lower intensity cardio to HIIT after finding out, counterintuitively, that the former could cause impact and cardio damage. Thanks to chuckystud for that.
