I've been steadily improving my diet for about 2.5 years now; it's not yet perfect, but is a 100X better than what is once was. I usually treat myself to junk food about twice a week. However, it's Christmas now and I've given into temptation (cookies, cakes, sweets, etc..) almost every day. My question is ‘if I want a six pack, how much control do I need to exercise (pun intended)?’. How strict are all you guys with ripped abs?
