50 lbs heavier, overworked (7 days/wk), severely fatigued, and wishing someone would put me out of my misery.

A year ago I was heathy. Now I have prostate cancer.

A year ago I was looking after my mother, and now my brother moved to town to take care of her.

A year ago I was renting in a homophobic city. Now I'm moving to a condo in a place where everybody is welcomed.

A year ago I was miserable. Today, I live with the prospect of having a happy life.

I was 23 lbs lighter, just started coming out and attempting to date, pretty depressed, heartbroken, hated university, unemployed, pretty shitty altogether.

Now I have a decent build, have confidence, quit stupid fucking university because I hated it, have a great job, moving out finally, still single go figure, but at least at this point I know I can get guys. Life is better.

    Flashback, 2009:
Living by myself, working two jobs, trying to get promoted, overstressed, smoking 3 packs a week, partying, drinking.
Yes, i work hard and play hard!

    Now;
Lost both jobs, lost my car, had to move back with parents(Ugh!), overstressed, alone...
But on the flip side, i stopped drinking and smoking, got back to the gym again and bulked up!

Next year, i'll get back on my feet again. I have to.

    A year ago:
I was finishing up my last couple quarters in school, scrambling to figure out how I was gonna finish paying, and figuring out how to finish off my required courses.

I was going good at work, no problems there....

Realtionships were in good standing, except one.

Loved myself and where I was at!

    Now:
Looking for a good job to support myself the way I would like to be supported. No longer in school, thank GOD!!

All realtionships good, fixed friendship! icon_biggrin.gif

Love myself and where I am at in life.

Allow me the leeway of telling you that a year and a half ago, I weighed 222 lbs., had a 40.5 inch waist, and was taking medication for hypertension and high cholesterol.....as the Nike ads say, "Just Do It!"
