Are you a gay rock climber? Free in April? Want to see what happens when Homo Climbtastic goes West coast?

As described here http://homoclimbtastic.com/2010/11/28/save-the-date-2011/ on our lovely blog, Homo Climbtastic is planning to cross 100 degrees longitude yet again!

What does this mean for you?

You might be saying, "Alex, I already attended the world's biggest queer / gay rock climbing convention in the Fall. Why should I go to the Spring trip?"

And to that I say, the Spring trip is not the biggest, but it may well have the most scandal, with enough run outs, hook-ups, 5-star hotels and trips to the hospital to make Courtney Love wince. You should bring your own belayer (unless you plan to boulder!). And your own stomach pump.

If you've never met us, well, a number of us are here on RealJock, in Boston, Toronto, Indiana, and elsewhere, so check out our web site, visit us on Facebook, and come send with us.

GaClimber, I see that 'having a season off' doesn't let you off the hook for managing events! Glad you posted--I was just logging on here to do the same, but yours is a helluva lot funnier.

BB you should find some hot shirtless photos of prior trips and put them in the thread, maybe that'll get us enough interest to show up in that homepage feed

i wouldn't think less of you if you included some of yourself hahahahaha, if it got me to new zealand it'll get these bitches to bishop

maybe this would be more appropriate for an e-mail. meh, whatever

Clark's Canyon is nearby there and is also a great spot to climb

True that! I'm pretty sure the west coast crew had at least one trip organised out there last year. Some of the people will likely be going to Owen's River Gorge this next trip, maybe a few to Pine Creek Canyon or Whitney Portal (*ahem*, Chavez.)

I'm pretty keen to try some of the granite over at Pine Creek Canyon. Owens is great if you like super long climbs and volcanic rock with little friction.

This is a great add to real jock. I love hiking and camping and I think this will be my next hobby activity.
