How often do you update your profile?

I like to update my profile every couple of months. At the moment my life is rather changeable, I keep moving jobs and houses and am living in different areas. Interesting stuff keeps happening to me so I like to update my "life story" and add new pictures.

Do you update it or has your profile stayed the same for a long time? Why?

I update my page whenever i find the time. It took me almost 6 months to fully update my profile from the last time. I have to update my pictures again. Some have been there for well over a year.

Thank you, my face shots are in my private pictures. I have to grow a pair before I am able to put my face pic's in my public pictures.

I put little bits up as they come to mind... Add some music the other day, and I might put in some video this weekend.

I do need to get some new pictures taken. The most recent in there is the one of my tattoo, and that was taken in September last year.

I'm almost constantly tweaking my profile. Whenever I get new pictures I post them (which is semi-regular), and I like to add a little here and there to my "about me" section. I need to update my music selection more often, however. I like to fiddle.

I should put some new pictures up, too. Mine are from last summer. (Oh, no, another faker who puts up outdated pics!)

No kidding, jeez. Why don't you stop being such a poser? I know I'd never put up an outdated pic. I mean, this one of me was taken just two weeks ago.

I know, you're jealous of my beautiful skin tone and youthful appearance. That's all natural.

Interesting point. Do younger guys go through more frequent changes than older guys, and hence need more profile updates?
Personally, I find taking self-pics a chore, and they rarely look much different than the previous ones.

Oh, it would all be easier if I could somehow link my profile to my NSA or FBI dossier, so that it would be automatically updated.

I update every month, about the same time I review my workouts and goals for the previous four weeks. Getting new pictures is a pain, but updating stats and measurements and providing a brief progress report are doable.

I update mine regularly. I just did a major overhaul of my "About Me" and "Who I'd Like to Meet" sections in the past week.

Yes. I would say we do. I think we experiment with and change our appearance more frequently. I know I do. However, although I haven't changed my profile in months, my picture is actually fairly accurate because inbetween the taking of that picture (from a couple years ago, actually) I've had my hair cut to very short and had it grow all out again. My build hasn't changed noticably, and neither has my weight. Unfortunately, I definitely haven't gotten any taller. At this point I've come full cycle and once again look very much like I did when I took that pic.

The way I would describe myself hasn't changed much either. But I like to change things up and should probably put a new one up just to keep it fresh.
