I take M5 (5g of Creatine) as a preworkout and Amplified Mass XXX (3g) as postworkout.

How many people take Creatine and actually think it makes a difference? And for the people who dont like Creatine what do u have against it?

I can't say how much of a difference it makes for me, but the science behind it is pretty, since it's a substance created by the body anyway. Incidentally, I don't know what your postworkout supplement is. Haven't heard of it. But you might think of saving yourself some money and taking the creatine after your workout, not before. it's meant to help recovery. I've not heard of people taking it beforehand.

I do 5 grams a day...more than that is a waste....Creatine is relatively cheap in cost and it's results are worth it....BUD

Took it--but then I got what I call water-weight, and my blood pressure went way up. I don't recommend it for that reason. But yes, one DOES see results.

The only thing I have against it is it costs too much!

I have never taken it but would be interested to try.

I bought a bottle from GNC for under $9- it's not expensive at all compared to other supplements out there.

It does provide results, but I would agree that it does affect blood pressure if taken consistently without any breaks. I had a buddy who's BP skyrocketed due to his use of it so he went off of it for that reason.

I take A-AKG powder and L-Arginine instead. Took creatine but had side effects for me.

I take creatine, and what it does for me is that it gives me energy. As in energy to get more pump out of my workout.

While supplements are okay, they're totally optional. I don't take creatine all the time. Red meat also has creatine.
