I'm sorry, but I think it's unacceptably cruel to dye any animals' fur.

Haha how ironic, my vet friends were talking about these Panda Dogs at the dinner table tonight (yeah odd topic for a new year's eve dinner). Supposedly these are the highly prized Tibetan Mastiffs known in China as the Panda Dogs (because of the bleaching of their fur). I was shocked when they told me these dogs are worth up to ten thousand dollars over there! icon_eek.gif

Other animals that were discussed at the table:

Liger Farms: "Lion and Tiger hybrids becoming popular in the American pet trade. Strangely oversized and dangerous."

Salmon: 3 Types of males. 1) The extremely large male who controls his harem of female fish. 2) the female-sized male who tries to blend into the harem as a female in order to spread his sperm. 3) the tiny male who torpedo attacks the harem with his poof of sperm and then dashes away as quick as he can before the big kahuna sees him (hilarious).

Mourning Geckos: Lesbians, they don't have males as a species, they become fertilized by mating stimulation of one another (dry humping if you will). icon_lol.gif

Ok, I like animals, and useless bizarre facts are always fun. Happy new years everyone.

Even if a dye is proven benign to the animal? I'm sorry, but I think it's unacceptably presumptuous for you to assume all dyes are automatically "cruel" to any animal's fur.

    I don't buy that.
