Looking for a source of concise information regarding an initial workout regimen and then how to build from there.

    I've been working out some, but not seeing much result. My aim is to tone-up and build some definition. Don't want to be Arnold Schwarzenegger.
    There's way too much information out there. I know that diet is very important and I think I've got the basics on that. But, I can't afford to belong to a gym and I can't afford a personal trainer. I travel a lot too, so I don't always have a consistent set of exercise machines, etc., at a hotel. I need to find a way to develop an effective excise routine that I can do wherever I am. Any ideas? Thanks guys!
