Havent worked out in a long time, and have never been able to stick to a work out program long term - cardio or strength. Due to illness, life stresses and other issues I can get into with you, Ihave not been able to exercise, and being on disability, cannot afford a professional personal trainer --- That money has to go to medical bills. I believe exercise and fitness would be good for me physically and emotionally...I dont know if I have the strength to do it but I know I need the guidance of someone who knows what they are doing and cares about what they are doing (and me) and who can guide me with fitness and nutrition, and would get immense satisfaction by seeing a success story. All my life people have told me I have the body that would respond to fitness - it never has but then I maybe never was able to stick with it. I know this is a shot in the dark but maybe a guardian angel will be out there. I do have weights at home but have not been able to use them and I have access to cardio equipment nearby. Thanks
