    Hi guys,

Thought this would be good idea for everyone to share your very own daily meals . Just one day and it will helps others to see what's everyone is daily meals are like and give people out there a general idea of how meal plans would look like for certain type of body types & etc etc. The more user shares their daily meal plans the better, everyone can learn something new to put on their existing meal plans so I will be go first. Have fun. and of course comments are more than welcome.

    Breakfast
    - 100grams of Oats
    - 30 grams of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
    -100grams of blueberries
    -2 bananas
    - 1 table spoons of LSA Oils

    Pre - Lunch
    -Mixed Vegetables
    -2 slice of wholemeal bread
    -120grams of chicken

    Breatkfast:
Three eggs, overeasy, fried in either real [unsalted] butter or olive oil.
Two slices of turkey breast sandwich meat.
Sometimes cheese...most of the time not.
Shitloads of milk and raw sugar, with a splash or two of coffee.
    Green tea.
Enough water to drown a horse.

    Brunch:
Whatever I can find to nibble on that's moderately healthy.
Very very little liquid, if any (no pee breaks at work - nature of the job).

    Lunch:

I usually have a nutsack* between my legs.
*Nutsack: Sandwich bag filled with mixed nuts.
Very very little liquid, if any (no pee breaks at work - nature of the job).

    Linner (between lunch and dinner):
Whatever I can find to nibble on that's moderately healthy.

    Dinner:
    Grilled chicken breast.
    Mixed/boiled veggies.
Milk and sugar with a splash of coffee.
    Green tea.
Enough water to drown a horse.

Didnight snack (between dinner and midnight snack):
    Nibble more on my nutsack.
    Green tea.
Enough water to drown a horse.

    Midnight snack:
    Nibble more on my nutsack.
    Green tea.

NOTE: Everything is variable daily, depending on my mood and what I feel like eating.
Like that last three days in a row: Sushi every evening and fast food for all other meals.
