in a rut or lack of motivation?

    I have been working out on and off for a year but really got serious in June. I experienced some decent gains but have reached that "plateau" where I am not seeing any more gains. It's caused me to lose motivation to hit the gym because it seems like I don't get results when I am pushing myself. Any suggestions?

    i am the same, it seems that I get excited go to the gym, see results but then get to that plateu and the and give up.

    the problem is i usually essentially get back to it but i have noticed that each time i stop now i gain more wheight.

    so i think i am gonna look at this as a long term thing !!

    lets think long term, patiance and lets just have.
    let the results come if they may it wont hurt working out
