I was looking for fitness tips on Google and came across a bunch of articles about using "Preperation H" (yes, the hemorrhoid cream) to tone muscles and most importantly abs!

I mean, this is not going to replace crunches, a good diet and exercise. After all, it's temporary and not a long-term fix. But... I *am* going to Cancun, Mexico in 2 days. What do you guys think? Should I test it out and let you know how it goes?? From all the forums I've read, it looks legit.

    Has anyone done it?

*Note: I don't suffer from any chronic high or low blood pressure problems!

That sounds absolutely ridiculous. But tell us how that works out, just in case. icon_lol.gif

Prep H was and probably still is used on the face to tighten it up for a short time. I used to do this with no side effects. It does not last forever though, maybe a couple of hours, so stick a tube in your kitbag for those emergency touchups, and make em drool.

Prep H works great. It's in every serious competitor's tool kit.

I don't know if it works or not. The important thing is that you don't need it in any event -- you look great as you are in your pics!

Yikes. I've never heard about this. So, this is like hair transplants and botox...except, of the three, this is potentially the most dangerous because of the blood pressure issues.

What we don't do for vanity's sake!

I've tried using Prep H around my baggy eyes, with all the crow's feet, my oldest facial feature. I read that trick somewhere.

Well, I'm not sure it did any good. I found that wearing sunglasses is much easier and quicker. icon_rolleyes.gif

Do more research, I recall seeing an article on the subject that says repeated use of Preparation H for that purpose is bad for you.

Prep H is a temp thing. Thiomucase works a bit better. They're both still temp things just lasting a short while.

I'm guessing it might work like cortisone... at least in its uses.
