Looking to build some muscle need help

    Well i am 5'11 an i weight 233 and new to working out, so are there any good tips to build muscle in the process of losing some weight , looking to get down to 210

    I'd suggest circuit training. You do one exercise after the other with no rest, for at least 8 different exercises, then rest, and repeat the whole thing. Circuit training is ideal for losing weight, but to emphasize more on muscle building, use heavier weight. You'll have to be careful not to hurt yourself if your body isn't used this form of exercise yet.

    Oh, and diet is important too.
