Took most of the month off of December and starting back to the gym this week. I've gone through the muscle building workout from this site tiwce and liked it. Wanna try this new routine to break through a bit of a plateau I was having towards the end of last year.

Gonna eat better and try to take some protein powder as well.

Anyone else wanna try this with me?

I'm 5'9" and am at 175lbs. Wanna see if I can slim down some and maybe build a little muscle as well.
