I've recently started using these BOSU balls and I think they are very effective, especially for core training. BOSU stands for "Both Sides Utilized".

    Do you use them?
If so, what are your favorite exercises with the BOSU?

If you haven't used them or you don't know what they are, check this video out:

I wanted to buy one but those things are $100. I heard they are very effective though.

They are a must have! Great for core, I've seen them used for a lot of different things though.

Many of the exercise in the Strong & Lean workout plan use the BOSU. I know as the plans have introduced me to this item. Definitely makes a difference!

Thank you all for your feedback icon_smile.gif

I did check the exercises that have been posted here on RJ (thank you matt45710) but there's a few. I'm sure that the collection will grow, though.

I've also searched online and I've found a handful of exercises (http://www.trainwithmeonline.com has a "Double BOSU Push-Ups" that looks good)

What exercises do you consider the most challenging?

Do you know any good websites with advanced (or whatever level) exercises with the BOSU?

We have Bosu classes at my gym, too. Unfortunately, the guy who leads the classes is sort of creepy. I can't stand to be around him.

I LOVE the BOSUs! I incorporated them into my ab routine, and I'm always sore the day after. and the stability i developed from it definitely shows when i'm playing volleyball, etc.
