So, I have never ordered anything like this so I ordered it and just got it today...and I am going to try this out...lol. Let me know your thoughts on this and we will see how it works for me!

PS. I am currently using my friend's Iron Gym at home (the over-the-door pull up bar) and it has worked for me so far. I am not doing a ton of things on it, just usually 30-40 pull ups a night and like 40 or 60 leg lifts (lower abs). I hate going to the gym in the winter so this is my answer haha.

Anyways, just post your opinion below and then after about 2 weeks I will post and see the results I am getting!

Let us know how it goes... I'm skeptical of all these ab "machines" out there!! But hey - if you enjoy it and keep at it because it makes it interesting or fun - then it's better than just thinking about doing sit-ups or cardio but not doing anything.... I think the pull up bar will make much more of a difference if you can keep it up!! Take before and after pics!

The pull-up bar is definitely already making a difference. And I have only been using it for like 2 weeks! I am going to use this DVD that it came with (extreme workout) and see what happens ;)

You should check out "Scott Herman" videos on youtube. He has one specifically on exercises to do with the Iron Gym that go beyond attaching it to a door frame.
