    Are you going to go back? You may need a regular massage schedule to get your body on track. I have been going to massages for years and if I skip too long it sets my back quite a bit.

    my trainer stretches me out before and after workouts. thats huge for me. i also get regular massages...once a week or if i injure a part of my body ill go on that day. stretching is the most important thing though..i sleep so well and have so much less back pain since i started stretching every day.

    Once a week? Wow that must be nice! I stick to monthly, but the price adds up.
